Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Revliu platform, including our website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Revliu (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You may use Revliu only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• To transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.
• To interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• To attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems.

2. Account Registration

To access the Service you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@revliu.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Certain features of the Service are available on a paid subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice before any price change takes effect.

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Revliu and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

6. Customer Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited licence to process Customer Data solely to provide the Service. We will not sell or share your Customer Data with third parties except as required to operate the Service or as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revliu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
